Job Summary and Qualifications

JOB TITLE – Sourcing Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Provides direction, support and management for sourcing specialist team, including the Eastern Group sourcing team. The sourcing manager is also responsible for the recruitment and presentation of candidates in his/her assigned hospital facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: coordination of all candidate sourcing activities of sourcing staff and recruiting specialists, training and coaching of staff, sourcing and recruitment sales support for assigned facilities including those in new or developing markets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Organizes the function of the sourcing department through the appropriate assignment of responsibilities, daily prioritization of tasks and overall direction of sourcing activity.
• Recruit and present manager/director-level candidates for assigned open positions within Eastern Group
• Ensures perm placement staffing to HCA Healthcare facilities through the team’s submission of candidates sourced by the EG sourcing team.
• Ensures lead generation activity for Local, Travel and Perm placement divisions through the team’s sourcing of candidates via cold calling and upload intake and screening.
• Work with hospitals to facilitate interview and hiring process, including verifying the status of presented candidates
• May prepare or assist in the preparation of productivity reports and staff commission reports
• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES – This position requires the following minimal requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to work well individually and within a team environment
• Maintains working area and equipment in accordance with environmental and safety regulations

EDUCATION –Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university required

EXPERIENCE – Supervisory experience strongly preferred. 3-5 years experience with recruiting or staffing sales/service or in a call center environment, preferably in Healthcare.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS –

• Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs frequently
• Requires prolonged sitting and some bending, stooping, and stretching.
• Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.
• Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound
• Requires normal range of eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
• Requires dexterity to type.
• Work is performed in and office environment and involves frequent contact with staff and the public.
